Representatives from various regional railways raised concerns about the delays. Officers from different railway zones discussed their regional matters and issues faced by Group B officers. The Executive Committee assured the participants that they would raise all concerns collectively with the Railway Board.

Meeting mein promoted officers ko Group-A mein induction karne se related issues par baat hui, especially engineering, accounts aur personnel department ke officers ke Group-A mein induction mein ho rahe delay ko kam karne ke liye. Alag-alag regional railways ke representatives ne delay ke baare mein apni fikr jataayi. Alag-alag railway zones se aaye officers ne apne regional matters aur Group B officers ke samasyaon par bhi detail se baat ki. Executive Committee ne sabhi participants ke uthaye hue issues par apna paksh rakha aur sabhi samasyaon par Railway Board level par milkar mujdo ko uthane ka assurance bhi diya.
