Railway has approved 1001 ALP positions, of which 300 are being filled now. ALARSA believes that more ALPs are needed, aiming for 30% extra for leave and 10% for training, to ensure efficient railway operations. The current situation sees loco pilots working long hours and facing insufficient rest, impacting their health.

ne 1001 ALP positions approve kiye hain, jisme se abhi 300 fill kiye ja rahe hain. ALARSA ka मानना है ki aur bhi ALPs ki jaroorat hai, aur 30% leave ke liye aur 10% training ke liye, taaki railway operation efficient ho. Abhi loco pilots ko 12-15 hours tak duty karni padti hai aur rest bhi nahi mil pata, isse unki health par bura asar pad raha hai.
