mein ecology aur skyline ko maintain karne ke liye viaduct se underground construction mein shift karne ke decision ko acknowledge kiya, chahe yeh construction ka cost zyada hi kyu na ho. Project mein Khidirpur se Esplanade tak 5.05-kilometer ka underground stretch hai, aur Maidan area mein teen underground stations – Victoria Memorial, Park Street, aur Esplanade – banaye jaayenge.
