for another case. On February 14, 2023, a joint team of GRP and RPF conducted a raid on the Kantabaji-Howrah Isapat Express at Tatanagar station and recovered 21 kg of cannabis packed in 20 packets. Safad Ansari and Kamrun Nisha, residents of Ranchi, were arrested with the cannabis. During interrogation, they revealed the names of Pavitro and Irshad. The Railway Police had been searching for Pavitro Bhuyi and Irshad since February 2023 after sending Safad and Kamrun to jail. The case of cannabis seizure was registered under the NDPS Act based on the statement of the then Inspector of the Railway Police Station, Gulam Rabbani Khan. The arrested accused had revealed that they were transporting cannabis from Pavitro Bhuyi in Sambalpur to Ranchi via Rourkela-Tatanagar.

Ranchi ke Safad Ansari aur Kamrun Nisha ganja ke saath pakde gaye the. Dono se poochhtaach me Pavitro aur Irshad ka naam samne aaya tha. Safad aur Kamrun ko jail bhej ke Railway Police February 2023 se Pavitro aur Irshad ki talaash mein thi. Ganja recovery ka case tab ke Railway Police Station ke Inspector, Gulam Rabbani Khan ke statement pe NDPS Act ke tahat register kiya gaya tha. Train se arrest hue accused ne poochhtaach mein Sambalpur ke Pavitro Bhuyi se ganja lekar Rourkela-Tatanagar ke raste Ranchi jaane ki jaankari di thi.
