Gupta, a resident of Suiya Bazar in Banka district, Bihar, owned a utensil shop. He had left his home two days prior due to a family dispute. The Railway Police, after contacting his family, were informed that he ran a utensil shop in Suiya Bazar and left home due to a family argument two days ago.

On duty doctor ne uska haalat ghanveer dekh, praathmik upchar kar behtar ilaaj ke liye higher center refer kar diya. Halaanki uske saath parijan nahin rahne ke karan, der sham tak ilaaj hospital mein hi kiya ja raha tha. Ghayal ki pehchaan simavarti Bihar ke Banka jila antargrast Suiya bazaar niwasi Prabhas Kumar Gupta ke roop mein ki gayi hai. Uske paas se baramd mobile mein ghar se aaye phone par RPF ne maamle ki jaankari de di hai. Parijano ne RPF ko bataya ki Suiya bazaar mein tatheera bartan ki dukaan chalaata hai. Do din purv ghar mein vivaad hone ke karan woh ghar se nikal gaya tha. Police maamle ki chhanbeen kar rahi hai.
