He criticized the lack of special arrangements for engineering supervisors and tower beacon personnel, and expressed concern about the impracticality of holding voting in Chakradharpur for employees from remote areas like Dogwapashi, Juruili, Banspani, Barajamda, Adityapur, and Banspani, as it would be difficult for them to travel.
