The Chief Public Relations Officer of East Central Railway, Saraswati Chandra, confirmed that a technical snag occurred in the PRS at 4:55 am and was fixed by 11:15 am. Ticket booking facilities were restored at all PRS locations.

8 baje subah se line me lage passengers ko 11 baje ke baad relief mili. Is time me kaafi passengers ticket ke bina laut gaye. East Central Railway ke Chief Public Relations Officer, Saraswati Chandra ne bataya ki subah 4:55 pe PRS me technical problem aaya tha aur 11:15 pe thik ho gaya. Sabhi PRS pe ticket facility wapas shuru ho gayi.
