This addition joins the two existing Vande Bharat trains in Kerala, which run on the Thiruvananthapuram-Kasaragod and Thiruvananthapuram-Mangaluru routes. The existing Vande Bharat trains have been extremely popular, demonstrating a high demand for this service.
