All CSMT to Vashi/Belapur/Panvel locals, both up and down, will be cancelled during this time, with special locals running between CSMT and Kurla. On the Western Line, there will be a mega block on the fast line between Santacruz and Goregaon from 10 am to 3 pm. Fast line locals between Santacruz and Goregaon will be diverted to the slow line during this period, and Harbour Line locals from Andheri and Borivali will be terminated at Goregaon.
