The woman said that she and her companion were invited as influencers to cover the train's launch. Congress criticized the incident, calling it unacceptable and highlighting the train as public property. The incident sparked outrage on social media. Meanwhile, Prime Minister Modi flagged off three new Vande Bharat Express trains connecting Meerut to Lucknow, Madurai to Bengaluru, and Chennai to Nagercoil. He emphasized the importance of rapid development in southern states for achieving India's goal of becoming a developed nation by 2047.
