aur North Western Railway yeh maamle mein Indian Railways mein third rank pe hai. Portal aur app mein 139 helpline number pe aane wale sabhi complaints and suggestions ko integrate kar diya gaya hai. Passengers portal ya app ke through complaints register kar sakte hai, aur railways timely resolution ensure karta hai, har complaint ke liye time frame decide kiya gaya hai. Unsolved complaints higher authorities tak jaati hai, accountability and feedback collection bhi hai. Satisfied passengers ne yeh initiative ko appreciate kiya hai.
