The railway authorities have initiated a special drive for allocating quarters. Regarding the issue of compassionate appointments, the authorities have assured the union of a quick resolution. Other concerns raised include the lack of increase in the number of engineering department employees in Tatanagar after the merger of Asanboni with Chakradharpur Division, leading to an increased workload. The Union and the officials have agreed to address this issue promptly. Additionally, the new CO of Chakradharpur Division, A.K. Singh, was welcomed by the members of the Union.

Union aur officials ne is problem ko jaldi resolve karne ka sammati di hai. Aaj Prem Office mein, Mens Union Chakradharpur Mandal ke new COB A.K. Singh ka sabhi members ne swagat kiya.
