Hello everyone
I m putting an situation in front off you All
Suppose that ...
You have planned an End to End journey trip in VIVEK EXPRESS ( Dibrugarh...
more... to kanyakumari)
U have reached Dibrugarh on that specific date ..
Due to some reasons your WL ticket doesn't gets fully confirmed it gets stuck into rac situation ( after charting)
& at that off time suddenly & obviously 75 hrs long journey cant be done on an RAC berth
Then what will be your's next step out these
1. End to End trip in Awadh Assam Exp (as it comes unde India longest running train category ) availability is not an issue
2. End to End trip in Guwahati - Bikaner Exp ( if u gets confirmed berth in tatkal ) running day should be in accordence
3. End to End trip in Guwahati - Okha Exp ( if u gets confirmed berth in tatkal ) running day should be in accordence
4. You will retry tatkal in VIVEK EXPRESS for next day trip in 2A needs very Good Luck
What will be yours option & opnion in this type of situation
please wait...Translate to EnglishHey everyone,
I got a situation for ya.
So, imagine this... You planned a full-on trip from Dibrugarh to Kanyakumari on the VIVEK EXPRESS, right? You made it to Dibrugarh on the right day, but then your WL ticket doesn't get confirmed, and you're stuck in that RAC mess after charting. And let’s be real, there’s no way you wanna do that 75-hour ride on an RAC seat.
So what do you do next?
1. Go for the whole trip on the Awadh Assam Express since it's one of the longest-running trains, and you know you’ll find a seat.
2. Try the Guwahati - Bikaner Express if you can snag a confirmed berth in tatkal, but make sure it’s running that day.
3. Or take the Guwahati - Okha Express, same deal with the tatkal berth and running day.
4. You could also roll the dice and try for a tatkal spot on the VIVEK EXPRESS for the next day in 2A, but you gotta have mad luck for that.
What’s your move in this kinda situation?
