The event will take place on platform number one, and a stage is being constructed there. The RMS office near the railway station has been cleared to control crowds, creating three exits from the station, with the SPG monitoring other routes. The South Eastern Zone's Railway GM AK Mishra visited Tatanagar twice within a week to inspect the preparations for the Vande Bharat train inauguration and security arrangements. The IG of SPG conducted an inspection with senior RPF commandants and district police. The route for the entry and exit of the Prime Minister, Railway Minister, and other VIPs has been determined for parking and the portico. Additionally, the flow of vehicles will be restricted on one lane of the station main road. Trains will operate from platform number four and five. As part of the security measures, the station's platform number one restaurants and other stalls will be closed until the 15th. The station master and train clerk's offices have been moved near the guard and crew lobby. Parking has been cleared, and the pathway from the main road to the station portico has been sealed. From late Saturday night onwards, luggage will not be accepted or retrieved from the parcel office. The Railway GM and the SPG IG agreed to completely halt the movement of trains and passengers from platform number one until the event concludes. Security personnel are being deployed from the Gudri Bazaar to Loco Mor, and around 200 RPF personnel, 160 GRP personnel, and approximately 400 Jamshedpur police officers and personnel are on duty. From September 14th onwards, new entry and exit arrangements will be in place to prevent unauthorized access to restricted areas.
