more... Bharat was his idea. Now, the truth fact is Godda(district+town) can't give patronage to a Vande Bharat. So, he got the best alternative in Bhagalpur - Howrah Vande Bharat. The proposal for BGP - HWH via - SBG, AZ was for a Vande Metro and not Vande Bharat. Please note that the proposal wasn't accepted. So, he got this Vande Bharat out of nowhere( all thanks to the upcoming elections in Jharkhand).
Coming back to DGHR - DBRG Express route, ER rejected LR at RPH that's why it got rerouted via - BGP, MGR, KIR. But, you seem to be very selective. You are actively participating in the debacle about the slot selection for this very BGP - HWH VBE and its routing via - DUMK. Now, you are against routing DGHR - DBRG Express via - BGP?
Again, about 13333/34 PNBE - DUMK Express, when Ganga Damodar went LHB, it's RSA with DHN - PNBE Intercity was broken and ECR deliberately wanted to get rid of the rake of Ganga Damodar so as to decongest PNBE. The proposal was sent for a new train towards SHC/BGP. The problem with BGP was that ER didn't wanted the rake to be stabled at BGP either. So, it was bound to be dropped. Then, Nishikant Dubey came up with this idea of its extension till DUMK and ER had no problems with that. That's why it got approved. Yes, that was a loss for SHC.
