bhi aisa hua hai, lekin kuchh logon ne kaha ki unhe 'General Quota' ki jagah 'Senior Citizen Quota' mein ticket book karna chahie tha. Railway Seva ne, jo rail users ke liye official X account hai, senior citizens ke liye lower berth allotment ke rules clear kiye. Unhone kaha ki yeh booking time pe lower berth ki availability pe depend karta hai. Unhone yeh bhi bataya ki ticket checkers senior citizens ko lower berth de sakte hain agar khali seat available ho. Users ne post pe apne similar experiences share kiye aur Railways ko businessmen ki tarah seats sell karne ke liye criticize kiya. Kuchh logon ne booking system mein clarity ki jaroorat par zor diya.
