the current 1.5-hour gap between the two trains which contributes to the overcrowding. The DRM also mentioned efforts to add coaches to the Palaruvi and Venad Express, though challenges remain in adding more coaches due to platform limitations. The DRM acknowledged the recent incident where two women passengers fainted due to the crowd on the Venad Express and confirmed that a pantry car coach has been removed to accommodate more passengers. The railway's decision to add a new service has been welcomed by the Railway Users Association President, K.J. Paul Manvettam, who highlighted the long-standing need for this solution to cater to the increasing number of commuters.

Railway ke is faisle ka Railway Users Association President, K.J. Paul Manvettam ne swagat kiya hai. Unhone yeh bataya ki ye step bahut jaruri hai kyunki bahut saare log commute karte hai aur unki number badh raha hai.
