DRMs ne bataya ki yeh toll-free number 24 ghante kaam karega aur iske liye ek team ka gathan kiya gaya hai. Isme Hindi aur English ke saath-saath 10 languages mein baat ki jaa sakti hai. Iske alawa, Prayagraj Junction ke baad ab Prayagraj Chheoki par bhi 'May I Help You' counter khula ja raha hai. Yaha se travellers hotel, guest house, cab booking jaise suvidhao ka fayda le sakte hain.
