The reason behind this is there is hardly any major river bridge that comes in CR/WCR...Also these two zones doesnt have to manage with the harsh climate in monsoon.There was a slight rain in parts of Vidarbha region & tracks b/w NGP-SEGM were completely washed away.If CR/WCR experiences rainfall like NFR,their whole train movement will be stopped for 3 months...Please try to judge the situation considering geography & climate of a particular region.There is no point in praising Bhopal Shatabdi which passes through the most arid region & travels @ 150 kmph.
