KOTA was a tech. halt from the very beginning. I traveled in the AKRaj in Aug. 1995 and confirmed it. I also have the WR timetable when this train was first introduced as the triweekly AC Exp. running between BCT and NDLS. Later on, it started terminating at NZM. Within a year, BRC was made a commercial halt. The rot started with Bharuch and Mathura being made halts sometime in 1993.
