I m of the opinion and that all LHB AC Trains be it Rajdhani/Duronto/ AC EXP should me mandatory to have 22 coaches for end to end customers.
Lets say, make 12262/61 hwh cstm duronto, should be made, 22 coach from 17 coach and remove e2e quota from lets say Geetanjali Express in ac bogies. While these seats can be used for intermediate stations.
THis will definitely remove few trains slots from IR and scope for existing trains to run at a faster speed.
