Yes you can do in Bulk booking..Go to the PRS counter and give a written requisition to the CRS about that they shall help you out & do the needful...

Write a application form indicating date of travel, train name and names of person and get it signed from station master or assistant station master of your station, visit the bulk booking counter/Chief reservation supervisor as instructed and get your bookings. Carry your Id card and a photo copy of the same with you when you visit
