2 deaths are tragic but still some 800 people travelled in same class and same train, they reached their destinations, You are partial ignorant ( as calling brain dead will be too harsh in public). You are baffled between poor vs loss. But irony is in a country where 80 crore depend on subsidized food and top 10% people earn 25,000 per month you can't expect them to buy tickets for AC Classes.
