चरण 1 -
यह मेरी पहली लम्बी दूरी की यात्रा थी इसीलिए में इस यात्रा के लिओए बहुत समय पहले इस प्रतीक्षा कर रहा था. यह यात्रा में अपने परिवार के सदस्यों जिसमे मेरी एक बड़ी बहन एवं १ बड़े भाई एवं मेरे माता पिता तथा मेरे बुआ के 3 बेटे एवं मेरी बुआ, मामा, मामी तथा मामा का 1 बेटा के साथ कर रहा था. हम सभी लोगो में 6 बच्चो की श्रेणी में आते थे बाकी सभी वयस्कों की श्रेणी में थे. मेने अपने माता पिता से पूछ-पूछ कर मार्ग में पड़ने वाले बड़े सहरो एवं स्टेशनों के नाम पता कर लिए थे एवं उनका मानचित्रावली पर अध्ययन भी कर लिया था.
वो दिन आ गया जिस दिन हमको यात्रा करनी थी. सारा सामान पूरी तरह से सजा लिया गया था लेकिन पिताजी किसी जरुरी काम में व्यस्त हो गए और हम सबको निकलने में बहुत देर हो गई. हम सभी ने जीप में सामान आहिस्ता से लगाया एवं सभी बच्चे जीप के पिछली वाली सीटो पर बैठ गए. हम दोपहर 3 बजे घर से निकले थे, उस समय फीरोजाबाद से आगरा केवल २ वाहन मार्ग था. एवं उस समय गोंडवाना एक्सप्रेस आगरा से शाम को 5 बजे खुलती थी. भाग्यवस हम आगरा तक कही भी जाम में नहीं फसे एवं जीप के चालक ने जीप को बेलनगंज वाले पुराने लोहे के पुल से निकला जो की अब सड़क यातायात के लिए बंद किया जा चूका है, मेने आगरा किला को काफी करीब से देखा. उसके बाद किसी तरह से एकदम 5 बजे आगरा छावनी पहुंचे. उनदिनों गोंडवाना एक्सप्रेस को महामाया एक्सप्रेस नाम से जाना जाता था एवं उसका क्रमांक 2410 था. गाड़ी अपने निर्धारित समय से 15 मिनट की देरी से चल रही थी इसीलिए हमने रहत की सांस ली और सामन को उठा कर प्लेटफार्म पर लगाना शुरू किया. मेने उस समय देखा की बिलासपुर से अमृतसर जाने वाली छत्तीसगढ़ एक्सप्रेस प्लेटफार्म क्रमांक 2 पर आ रही थी. उसी समय १ दूसरी यात्री गाड़ी प्लेटफार्म क्रमांक 1 पर रुकी जिसका नाम मुझे ध्यान नहीं पर उसका षष्ठम यान हमारे सामने आकर रुका. हमारा यान संख्या शया अष्टम था. मेने कहा की हमारा यान थोड़ा पीछे रुकेगा तो सभी ने सामान उठा कर थोड़ा पीछे रख दिया. शायद उस समय आगरा छावनी पर यान संख्या पदर्शन सुचना नहीं थी. हमारी गाड़ी बिना किसी पूर्व सुचना के 17 :20 पर आ गयी हमारे सामने शया यान नवम आकर ठहर गया लेकिन शया यान अष्टम उसके तुरंत आगे ही था इसीलिए हम सभी लोग आराम से गाड़ी में चढ़ गए

Part1
It was my first long time train travelling, i was travelling with my complete family and Family of my Buaji. There were 12 persons in that trip in which 6 were kids (including me) and 6 elder persons. I was too much excited for this trip so 10 days before starting of trip, i started asking to my mother about intermediate big stations and cities and started trying to plot the route on my school atlas of maps.
The day came when we were going to travel, All luggage was packed on-time but due to some urgent work of my father, we got delayed for leaving home, We fixed all luggage in a pre-hired Jeep and all children party sit in the back side of Jeep, We leaved from home at 3PM. Those days Firozabad to Agra was just a 2-lane highway and departing time of Gondwana Express was 17:00 from Agra Cant. We started praying that train will be late so that we can catch the train, Jeep took a good ride and did not stuck in traffic Jam anywhere, during journey to Agra i looked Agra Fort, we entered in Agra threw Old stretchy Bridge (A road cum Rail bridge which is now used for Trains only), and Finally we reached Agra Cant at exact 17:00. Luckily train was 15 minutes late so we got enough time to setting up luggage on platform, I looked Chhattisgarh Express was arriving at platform 2. Those days Gondwana Express was known as Mahamaya Express and no. was 2410. One train came on platform 1 at that time (not remember which train was) and i counted coaches, i found that we are standing in front of 6th coach from loco, Our coach was S8 so i was expecting that it should come on 8th place from loco and i told to my parents that our coach will not come here, Luggage was shifted few metres back, and at 17:20 our train entered in platform. S9 coach stopped in front of us. S8 was just behind that.

मे नागपुर मे गाड़ी की दिशा बदलने वाले हिस्से से परचित था क्योकि कुछ दिन पहले बाते करते समय मेरी माँ ने मुझको बता दिया था कि नागपुर मे दिशा बदल कर ही हम भिलाई जा सकते है. लेकिन बाकी बच्चे इस बात से परचित नहीं थे तो मैने इसका पूरा फायदा उठाते हुए उनको एक मनगढ़ंत कहानी सुना दी कि आगे पटरी ख़राब है इसीलिए गाड़ी वापस जाएगी और हम सब लोग वापस फीरोजाबाद जा रहे है. लेकिन उस समय सभी मुझ पर हसने लगे, लेकिन जैसे ही आठ बज कर चालीस मिनट पर गाड़ी उलटी दिशा मे खिसकने लगी, पहले तो सभी इसको भूलवश बताने लगे लेकिन मेरी बात याद करते ही सभी के होश उड़ गए.

और सभी लोगो ने पिछली रात को किये गए सारे कार्यकलापों के टूटने के भय से रोने चिल्लाने लगे, गनीमत रही कि उस समय मेरी माँ के शिवा और कोई वयस्क नहीं था, उन्होंने शांति से सबको समझाया और मुझे थोड़ा सा डांटा. पर मैने बताया कि मे इनको बताने वाला था लेकिन ये सभी मुझपर हसने लगे इसीलिए इनको बताना भूल गया. इसी बीच खिड़की पर बैठे बैठे मैने डायमंड क्रासिंग देखी और बोला देखो रेल कि पटरी का चौराहा , इसपर फिरसे सभी मुझपर हसने लगे, अबकी बार सारे वयस्क मौजूद थे इसीलिए उन सबको बिना वजह मुझ पर हसने कि वजह से डांट पड़ी. नागपुर के बाद शायद गाड़ी ने कोई भी ठहराव नहीं लिया एवं सीधे गोंदा आकर रुकी, गर्मी से मेरा बुरा हाल हो गया था लेकिन खिड़की वाली सीट मे छोड़ने को तैयार नहीं था. गोंदिया पर सभी ने डोसा खाया और उसके बाद फिरसे पहाड़ो का सिलसिला शुरू हो गया, यहाँ पर सुबह वाले मनमुटाव का असर था कि मेरी बुआ का बेटा अब मेरे साथ बैठ कर बहार देखने के बजाये दूसरी खिड़की से देख कर बोल रहा था कि यहाँ से अच्छा दिख रहा है लेकिन मे पहले से ही बहुत खुस था. लेकिन डोंगरगढ़ पर मुझसे कहा गया कि दूसरी तरफ वाली खिड़की पर पहुँचो और माँ बम्लेश्वरी देवी के दूर से हाथ जोड़ लो. उस समय गाड़ी डोंगरगढ़ पर नहीं रुकी एवं सभी लोगो ने उतरने के क्रियाकलाप शुरू कर दिए. तात्कालिक समय का तो पता नहीं लेकिन कुछ ही समय बाद हमारी गाड़ी दुर्ग जंक्शन पहुंच गयी.
पंचम चरण जो कि केवल औपचारिकता है, कुछ ही समय मे प्रस्तुत होगा.

I was aware about LR but all my brothers and sister were not aware so I just make fool them with making a fake announcement among them. I told all those that train will no more go ahead, there is some problem so our train will return form here and we cannot go to Bhilai, We all will go back to Agra. At that time they all started laughing on me but when actually train reversed. Everyone’s heart get break and started crying with thinking about dreams which we have discussed on upper berth last night. But my mother ensured them all and told geographic constrained, during that time I enjoyed diamond crossing and I told all that I looked 4-ways on rail track. Here again everyone started laughing but my mother cleared everyone that just after Nagpur when she was teaching everyone about geographic constrain, we crossed diamond crossing. After Nagpur I was started facing too much hot but still I was not leaving window seat. We reached Gondia after a long nonstop run, here everyone took tasty Masala Dosa. After Gondia again I got benefit and enjoyed natural beauty from Window. Here side lower berth was empty so we were enjoying with comparisons also (Like my cousin was saying meri side dekho samne tunnel dikh raha he, and I was saying mene subah bahut tunnel dekhe). At Dongargarh I again have to get up from my seat because My family members told me to make hands for MAA BAMLESHWARI DEVI. At that time again gossip started that we will come here and climb this hill for looking Maa Bamleshwari, and elders get busy for shifting luggage at Door. I don’t know that when train reached Durg.

1) Knowing that admin Vinay was travelling in OKHA - MDU ( DWK - TN i still dont know what the correct FROM & TO for this train is ) Vivek Exp from KYN to YNK and will move from there to MYS. So we decided to give him a surprise and receive him there.
.
2) PKV Sir and myself had never been to YNK
.
3) Moreover, there is a station next to our house (CSDR) and have never boarded or de-boarded a train here. So we wanted that one also to happen. so the return was planned to fullfill that dream as well.
.
Keeping all this in mind, we set the meeting time as 14.30 hrs at CSDR (this place has become a part of our RF sessions now). I reached there and got a chance a to capture the station board from a top angle. SBC-KCG SF exp was parked there and a container frieght hauled by GY EMD was waiting there. y then PKV sir joined. The plan was to take a airport volvo to Yelahanka and we got the bus almost immediately. CSDR to YNK by BIAS 8A costed Rs 160/- each.

happy that we are finally taking the train to our station. I started recording the entire journey on my mobile and simultaneously explaining the places we were crossing to PKV sir. The train was moving at very good speed and well i must say at its MPS. I was happy to see the Horamavu crossing where i used to reside earlier.. PKV sir suddenly was looking at the other side and suddenly said.. "guys thats my house ..thats my house" Well i just saw the kid in PKV sir who was so very anxious for this moment because he has seen a lot of trains passing from his house and not crossing his house while he was on a train and wanted to show this accompanying friends. The train slowly entered CSDR and i spotted vijeth through the window wondering who is this fella taking a pic through his mobile. We all got down and gave vijeth also the same surprise. We spoke for a while and clicked a pic until the LP honked to depart.. Vinay and Vijeth continued their journey to SBC as they were running close to missing Chamundi express. PKV sir and myself waited a bit to view CBE-LTT exp crossing and as usual it was late. Suddenly a man came to us and started talking things which we never understood and neither did he realise what he was talking.. We then decided it might not be good to be there anymore and headed out to our place after 1 more cup of tea.This short notice RF trip was very fruitful to us and we enjoyed to core. What made us feel IR is great is that CSDR to YNK in volvo bus Rs 160/- and 45 mins + 10 mins walk.. YNK to CSDR Rs 2/- and less than 10 mins and much closer to home. LONG LIVE IR..
.
Vinay & Vijeth though reach SBC on time could not get into Chammundi exp due to heavy crowd and TTE denying a conversion in CC. They took the Passenger at 7pm and headed to MYS...
.

JOURNEY BY 12274-DATE-14-07-2012.COACH B2,BERTH-4.PART-1(preparatory)---I and my mom arrived by the ddn ac express in the morning which arrived at 5.20 am, and as we made our way towards pf1, i saw one of the display boards showing sdah ac duronto arrival at 06.00 hrs,, i was taken aback, as sdah drnt is not supposed to reach ndls on saturday,, anyways i thought it was a mistake and probably it was actually 12273 which is supposed to arrive at 6am... but soon, i realised the real tragedy of the situation. it was actually the previous day's 12259,which finally arrived some 21 hrs late. and 12273 was running more than 8 hrs late and not yet crossed kanpur. The poor passengers of 12260 were waiting on the station since the previous night and the train was rescheduled the next day at 12.50 pm. Anyway, we went into the ac waiting room at ndls...

and luckily we got seats ,, but tthere was water dropping from the ac,, but anyways we had no choice.12274 was soon rescheduled to 16.55 hrs and later to 19.40 hrs. the howrah and sealdah rajdhanis ,were, however, only 1 hr late each, and left on time from new delhi.at 19.00 hrs, we went to pf.9 with our luggage and after a long wait, HWH WAP4 pulled in the rake of 12274 into the platform at 19.20 hrs. i and my mom had seats no 4 and 9 and we quickly went in and settled on our respective seats. there was a lot of seat exchanging between the co passengers-4 marwari havalders, a bengali couple and another man , also bengali,and finally, the combination we settles for was that 4 havalders would take middle and upper of each side, the lone man would take berth1, and the old couple took the side berth. i reasoned with the man on berth 12 to exchange with my berth4, but he refused , saying that there would be smell from bathroom coming in the first coup, although i couldnt find reason in his words,specially for an ac coach,,,anyways, i settled for my lower berth. at 19.40, the train slowly started, without any jerk.All coaches including ac coaches were marked as max speed 120 kph.

PART4-i calculated that howrah rajdhani via pnbe takes 7 hrs from hwh to pnbe.. if we take the same, then it would be 17.20 , taking some more time for delays, we should reach HWH at 6 pm, around half a day late... but we had more coming our way.. we left pnbe at 10.35 and crawled through and stopped again at rajendranagar for 15 mins and a memu left ahead of us. tehn we started slowly at around 11 and slowed down again at gulzarbagh, but we didnt stop.. the passengers were now cheering every station that the train passed without stopping..many people tried to get in from the doors but were staved off and the attendant also warned passengers against opening the door as people would try to get in .. the rpf was in full force,,, and the few who accidentally got in ,, were deboarded at...

the next station, as the train slowed down..it was cloudy and raining outside with the gloomy weather, fitting with our gloomy journey..after banka ghat, we picked up speed , around 105-110 and made a fair run till mokama jn which arrived at around 1 pm. luch was served,, there was no nonveg and they served paneer, dal , rice and salad. paneer was ok and i asked for an extra rice, which they gave, dal was watery, much unlike the one from ndls, which was good. we stopped for sometime at aunta , and passed slowly through hathidah .. the lush greem bihar plains with the cloudy weather and drizzle were looking awesome, but now, it started raining heavily, and for about half an hour, i could hardly see anything outside.The train was doing a constant speed of around 80.half an hour later, the rain stopped and our train also came to a halt at luckeesarai. after a small halt,it started again , slowly crossed the kiul river, and again came to a stop at kiul. thusfar, from mughalsarai till now, we had only one overtake , that too just after mgs,,and from thereon, it had been a struggle,,, however, since now it has entered Howrah main line and separated from the barauni line, we hoped for some respire, but it was not to be...
