A very strong and valid point. IR should manage the slack and run it upto LJN. Although IR has invested hugely on GTNR but still lay man public who aren’t so frequent travellers in Lucknow are unaware that trains run from GTNR. Either extend VB to LJN or make GTNR more popular by short terminating east bound popular trains at GTNR which presently run upto LJN/LKO. GTNR must also be looked above zonal warfare. It must cater NR/LKO trains as well. Idea must be to popularize GTNR by giving heavyweights at GTNR rather than giving halts to Awadh, Barauni Express and starting trains to Chappra. Very few people know about Kamakhya/Godda-GomtiNagar Express. Poor Management from NER. Sheer Wastage.
