no injuries were reported. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw confirmed the incident on X, stating that the engine hit an object placed on the track, leading to derailment. He confirmed that no passengers or staff were injured and that a special train was arranged for passengers to continue their journey to Ahmedabad. The train's cattle guard was severely damaged, and an investigation is underway. The incident disrupted train traffic on the Jhansi-Kanpur route, with three trains cancelled and eight diverted to alternative routes. Efforts are underway to clear the track.

Loco-pilot ne bataya ki Govindpuri aur Bhimsen ke beech mein unhone koi object hit kiya tha. Khushi ki baat hai ki is incident mein koi bhi injured nahin hua. Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ne X par yeh baat confirm ki aur bataya ki engine track par rakha hua koi object se takraya jisse derailment hui. Unhone confirm kiya ki koi bhi passenger ya staff injured nahin hua aur passengers ke liye Ahmedabad tak jaane ke liye special train arrange ki gayi. Train ka cattle guard bahut kharab ho gaya aur incident ki investigation chal rahi hai. Is incident ne Jhansi-Kanpur route par train traffic ko disrupt kiya hai, 3 trains cancel ho gayi hai aur 8 trains ko alternative route par divert kiya gaya hai. Track clear karne ke liye efforts chal rahi hai.
