a half hours. The Saptkranti Express departed at 2:35 PM instead of its scheduled 11:35 AM. The Mithila Express reached Bapudham Motihari around 6 PM after being rescheduled. The Bagh Express was also rescheduled. Despite the schedule changes, passengers of the Saptkranti and Mithila Expresses arrived at the station on time. Passengers repeatedly inquired about the updated train information at the help desk, station master's office, and station manager's office. The Mithila Express information was not available on the mobile app. A significant number of passengers mistakenly boarded the down Saptkranti Express, which was parked on platform 4, thinking it was the up train. The RPF intervened and disembarked them.

se Howrah jaane wali Mithila Express 4.5 ghante late chali. Saptkranti Express apna scheduled time 11:35 AM ki jagah 2:35 PM chali. Mithila Express schedule change ke baad sham 6 baje Bapudham Motihari pahuchi. Bagh Express bhi reschedule ki gayi. Train ka time badalne ke baad bhi, Saptkranti aur Mithila Express ke passengers station pe time pe pahunch gaye. Passengers bar bar help desk, station master ke office aur station manager ke office pe jaake train ki latest information puchhte rahe. Mithila Express ki information mobile app pe available nahi thi. Platform number 4 pe khadi down Saptkranti Express ko up train samjh kar kai passengers general bogi me chad gaye. RPF ko pata chala to unhone unhe utar diya.
