The station master, Prince Kumar, clarified that the train was stopped due to a line clearance issue, not to allow the Duronto express to pass. He stated that the incident had been reported to senior officials and the train was eventually dispatched once the line was clear. Unhone kaha ki hum log Jamshedpur me duty pakadna padta hai, time pe nahi jaane pe duty me nahi rakha jaayega, hum logon ko hata diya jaayega. Station master, Prince Kumar ne kaha ki line clear nahi tha, isliye train ko roka gaya tha, Duronto express pass karne ke liye nahi. Unhone kaha ki hungama ki information senior officials ko di gayi hai. Uske baad line clear hone ke baad train ko chalaya gaya. Unhone kaha ki safety ko dekhte hue train ko station pe roka jata hai, agar bahar rok diya jaaye to kisi bhi tarah ka accident, pani ki problem ya aur bhi koi problem ho sakti hai.
