approval from the Railway Board and Union Cabinet before construction can begin. The terminal will be part of the larger 287-km circular railway project for Bengaluru, currently under feasibility study. The terminal will be built independently and bypass rail routes are being planned to connect it to other stations. The circular railway project aims to improve local train services, reduce congestion, and integrate with the Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project (BSRP) and Namma Metro. It will run DEMU/MEMU trains and facilitate seamless transfers to the Devanahalli terminal. The project was announced by Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw in November 2022 and will link key locations like Nidvanda, Doddaballapur, Devanahalli, Malur, Heelalige, and Solur.

Bharat initiative ke under, yeh terminal 200 acres mein ban raha hai, jisme 10 platforms honge. Yeh KSR Bengaluru, Yeshwanthpur aur Bengaluru Cantonment jaise busy stations pe pressure kam karne ke liye hai. Official ne location ke baare mein bataaya ki yeh Devanahalli Halt station se 4 to 5 kilometers door hoga. Lekin, is project ke liye Railway Board aur Union Cabinet se approval chahiye, kyunki isme bohot paisa lag raha hai. Yeh terminal, Bengaluru ke 287-km circular railway project ka part hai, jiske feasibility studies chal rahe hain. Terminal, circular project ke complete hone ka intezaar kiye bina banta rahega. Terminal ko nearby railway stations se jodne ke liye bypass rail routes banane ki planning bhi chal rahi hai. Circular railway project, local train services ko strong banane, existing rail networks mein congestion kam karne aur Bengaluru Suburban Rail Project (BSRP) aur Namma Metro ke saath integrate karne ka target rakhta hai. Is network mein DEMU/MEMU trains chalaaye jaayenge, jisse long-distance trains wale rail lines pe pressure kam hoga. Circular project complete hone pe, Devanahalli terminal tak train transfers aasan ho jaayenge. Yeh project Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw ne November 2022 mein announce kiya tha aur yeh Nidvanda, Doddaballapur, Devanahalli, Malur, Heelalige, aur Solur jaise key locations ko jodta hai, aur aakhir mein Nidvanda pe hi jaake khatam hota hai.
