Aapko station tak pahunchne ke liye auto rickshaw pe nirbhar rehna padega, aur RTC bus stop tak jaane ke liye aapko atleast half a kilometer chalna hoga. Sabse bada concern yeh hai ki Charlapalli station major trains ke liye primary terminal ban sakta hai, jisse Secunderabad, Nampally, ya Kacheguda jaise established stations bypass ho sakte hain. Isse city ke passengers ko bahut pareshani ho sakti hai. Authorities ko yeh implications carefully consider karna chahiye, khaskar Secunderabad aur Nampally jaise stations ki better bus and Metro Rail connectivity ke bare mein.
