Hmm check the wordings "Currently, the New Delh-Bhopal Shatabdi train picks up speed upto 130km at certain stretches on Delhi-Agra route" many claim that it does 150 Kms around so in the end is it just meager push of 10 Km/hr in reality???
Media and its dumbest news presentation.
The stretch is fit for 160 km/h, 12001/12002 is the only train which does 150 km/h.
Sometimes even the Railway Officials do forget what they are speaking off.
This upgrade will take even more time.

I seriously think they should make Railfans as editor for Railway News :p :D
Media always jump the gun. Even Railway officials would not be sure of executing it in any near future. Its my humble belief that these all just stay only on papers.
Won't b upgraded so easily. not so soon too.
Coaches, Locos, Signals, Management, everything needs to b upgraded without any political interference.
