Central Railway's Intensive Track, OHE & Signaling Maintenance during Sunday Mega Block Ensures Uninterrupted Services for Mumbai's Commuters

on sleeper replacement, drain cleaning, track attention, bridge work, and turn-out adjustments. On the UP Fast line, a total of 2,300 meters of track was tamped and various sleepers were replaced, hauled, or stacked. On the DOWN Fast line, weld joint packing, turn-out attention, bridge approach work, and sleeper lubrication were carried out, along with extensive tamping and rail hauling/welding. The OHE work included slewing, restoration, dismantling, annual overhaul, tower wagon checking, contact wire wear reading, droppering, erection of new AC brackets, over loop contact wire installation, and annual overhaul of uninsulated overlaps. The meticulous maintenance involved 471 staff members.

OHE ka kaam mein slewing, restoration, dismantling, annual overhaul, tower wagon checking, contact wire wear reading, droppering, new AC brackets install karna, over loop contact wire lagaana aur uninsulated overlaps ka annual overhaul shamil hain.
