Eastern Railway bans issuance of TA-912 authorising Locopilots to cross signal in danger

a red signal. However, one official dissented from the report, arguing that the signal failure should have resulted in the section being declared a 'block section', prohibiting trains from passing. The report stated that automatic signals between Rangapani and Chattar Hat stations failed from 5.50 a.m. on June 17, 2024, and the Station Master should have issued a TD-912 authority to declare the section clear for trains to run at 25 kmph.

ke driver ko zyada speed aur red signal ignore karne ki wajah se blame kiya gaya hai. Lekin, ek official ne report se dissent kiya hai, aur kaha hai ki signal failure ke wajah se section ko 'block section' declare karna chahiye tha, jisse trains ko pass hone se rokta hai. Report mein kaha gaya hai ki Rangapani aur Chattar Hat stations ke beech automatic signals 17 June, 2024 ko 5.50 a.m. se fail ho gaye the, aur Station Master ko TD-912 authority issue karna chahiye tha, jisse section ko trains ke liye clear karke 25 kmph ki speed se chalaane ki permission milti.
