the railway's affidavit stating they have implemented safety measures in accordance with Railway Board instructions. The court concluded that no further order was required as the railway authorities had taken appropriate measures for safe train operations on the Guwahati-Silchar Railway Segment.

Lekin, court ne railway ki affidavit ko maan liya jismein kaha gaya hai ki unhone Railway Board ke instructions ke mutabiq safety measures liye hain. Court ne yeh bhi kaha ki Guwahati-Silchar Railway Segment par train operation ki safety ke liye railway authorities ne saare jaruri kadam uthaye hain, isliye koi aur order pass karne ki jarurat nahin hai.
