seven coaches of a goods train derail between Ghaziabad and Moradabad in Uttar Pradesh. Restoration work is underway. On July 19th, a goods train derailed in Gujarat's Valsad, affecting traffic on the main line. The train was re-railed and traffic resumed after a track fit certificate was issued. The incident occurred inside the Dungri station yard and did not affect the Mumbai-Ahmedabad route. On July 18th, the Chandigarh-Dibrugarh express derailed near Gonda station, resulting in three deaths and 30 injuries.
