They decided to engage with the railway administration to resolve these issues, particularly regarding travel allowances, OT allowances, pending dues, irregularities in the Bondamunda railway hospital, and inconvenience caused by trains not stopping at Bondamunda. The meeting specifically discussed these issues and prepared a list of demands to be presented to officials. Ratan Kumar Panda expressed hope that their efforts would lead to resolutions.

Meeting ke baad, nirnay liya gaya ki rail prashasan ke saath sangathan ke shirsha netrutv dwara vartta kar maango ko pura karne par zor diya jaayega, taki rail karmiyon ki sabhi jayaj maange puri ho aur unki samasyaon ka samadhan ho. Meeting ke dauraan, rail karmiyon ke yatra bhatta, OT bhatta, lambe samay se bakaya rahne, Bondamunda railway aspatal mein ghor aniamayita, Bondamunda mein train nahin rukne se karmiyon ko ho rahi pareshani par vishesh roop se baithak mein charcha ki gayi aur in samasyaon ko adhikariyon ke sammukh rakhne ke liye tamam muddon ko soochibaddh kiya gaya. Ratan Kumar Panda ne ummeed jatayi hai ki ye sabhi samasyaon ke samadhan mein Men's Congress ka prayas jarur rang laayega aur karmiyon ki samasyaon ka samadhan hoga.
