cement ended up on the tracks. The RPF suspect the cement fell from a goods train and was subsequently attempted to be stolen by unknown individuals. The Officer in Charge of Manoharpur RPF, Surendra Kumar, confirmed that cement packets were found along the railway line near the siding.
