They argue that the current schedule is hindering the train's intended purpose and causing revenue losses for the railway. They are advocating for the train to depart from Shahdol in the evening and reach Nagpur by morning, and vice versa, which would enable medical treatments to be completed efficiently and allow passengers to return home the same day. They have also requested that the train run on three days of the week via Nainpur, Balaghat, and Gondia to extend its reach. Despite pleas and correspondence with the railway ministry, the authorities are yet to respond.
