Singhal ne Ghazipur Ghat-Tarighat block section ka inspection bhi kiya, tower wagon se. Unhone block section traction aur overhead line crossing ka measurement kiya aur traction line se high tension powerline ki standard doori check ki. Rail khand pe padne wale level crossing par double karne aur electrification ke anuroop kiye gaye badlaav ka inspection kiya gaya aur electrified section mein usey hone wala safety equipment ki jaanch ki gayi. Sath hi gate manon ke safety tools ko bhi parakha gaya.
