There were hopes that Indore would get another Vande Bharat train soon, but as the election code of conduct nears, the chances are dwindling. However, a new Vande Bharat train is likely to be launched on March 12th, connecting Khajuraho to New Delhi. According to unconfirmed reports, the Railway Ministry is planning to launch 12 Vande Bharat trains across the country on March 12th. These include trains connecting Ahmedabad-Mumbai Central, Kolhapur-Mumbai CSMT, Secunderabad-Pune, Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam, Puri-Visakhapatnam, Mysore-Chennai, New Jalpaiguri-Rajendranagar (Patna), Rajendranagar-Lucknow, Ranchi-Banaras, KSR Bengaluru-Kalaburgi, Pune-Vadodara, and Hazrat Nizamuddin.
