They also highlighted the efficiency of current railway employees in ensuring safe train operations. The association further stated that they will support a nationwide railway strike if the central committee calls for it and that they may encourage railway employees to boycott voting if the OPS is not implemented.

Association ka maanana hai ki railway ko private hands mein dene se passengers ki suraksha ko nuksan hoga, kyunki private operators safety measures ko priority nahi denge. Unhone current railway employees ki efficiency ko bhi highlight kiya hai, jo ki safe train operations ensure karte hain. Association ne yeh bhi kaha ki agar central committee strike ka aahvaan karegi toh woh usme support karenge aur agar OPS laagu nahi hua toh woh railway employees ko voting boycott karne ke liye motivate kar sakte hain.
