Additionally, the PCME has been tasked with gathering feedback from passengers about the cleanliness of trains.In a separate incident, a child was killed when a bus ran over him after his family's bike collided with the bus. The accident occurred near Mehdi Hasan Chowk, Muzaffarpur. The family was traveling towards Brahmpura when their bike skidded on a pothole and collided with the oncoming bus. The parents fell on the left side of the road, while the child fell on the right. The bus continued driving and ran over the child's head. The driver did not stop and sped away despite the commotion, causing chaos and panic in the area. Fortunately, no one else was injured. The child's father rushed him to the hospital, but it was too late.
