The association has launched a signature campaign across all zones to demand air conditioners in engines and will send the petition to the President. They highlighted the unbearable heat inside engines during summer, with temperatures 4-5 degrees higher than outside, despite only 30% of engines having air conditioners installed.

aaswaan diya ki woh Chakradharpur Division ke DRM se baat karenge aur sahi action lenge. Adityapur, Sini aur Dangoaposi ke loco pilots bhi protest mein shamil the, aur unhone railway ke policies ke khilaf slogans lagaaye. Association ne poora zone mein signature campaign shuru kiya hai, taaki engines mein AC lagane ki demand President tak pahunchayi ja sake. Unhone bataya ki garmiyon mein engines ke andar 12-14 ghante kaam karna padega, jahan temperature bahar se 4-5 degree zyada hota hai. Lekin abhi tak sirf 30% engines mein AC lagae gaye hain.
