at Polur, Madipakkam, Arni Road, Cheyyar, Onnupuram, Kannamangalam, and Pennathur before arriving at Vellore Cantonment at 5:40 AM. It then leaves Vellore at 6:00 AM and arrives in Chennai Beach at 9:50 AM. The evening train departs Chennai Beach at 6:00 PM and reaches Tiruvannamalai at 12:05 AM. The daily fare for this electric train service is ₹50.
