up passengers, a waiting room with separate toilets for men and women, lifts, improved interior and exterior of the station building, new platform shelters, new toilet blocks and water booths with facilities for disabled passengers, better signage and hoardings, improved furniture, coach indication boards on platforms, and a 12-meter wide foot overbridge. The work is being done in a collaborative effort between the Mandal's गति शक्ति unit, engineering department, and other departments. Currently, the platform surfacing work is in progress. The main entrance building is almost complete and work is also underway on the second entry building, circular area development, toilet blocks and TSS building.
