Mandal, Poorv Madhy Railway aur Railway Board ko complaint ki. Is par dhyan dete hue Sonpur Mandal ke DRM ne carriage department ke adhikariyon pe naraazgi jatayi aur darwaza jaldi se theek karne ka order diya. Fir carriage department ne darwaza turant theek kar diya. Department ke karmiyon ne bataya ki Mithila Express ke divyangjan coach mein bheed thi aur is wajah se darwaza tut gaya.
