arrive at Kishanganj station at 7:00 AM. This weekly train carries passengers from Kishanganj and surrounding areas, and many people were calling or visiting the station to inquire about their loved ones. Some individuals have been at the station since the accident seeking information from the helpdesk. Over 20 calls were received on Thursday from various parts of the district. The helpdesk staff possessed a complete list of reserved seats on the train. People who came to the station to check on their families were initially worried, as many couldn't reach them by phone. However, upon learning that their relatives were safe, they were relieved.

wali Chandigarh-Dibrugarh Express train subah 7:00 baje Kishanganj station par pahunchne wali thi. Ye weekly train hai, jisme Kishanganj aur aas-paas ke area ke kai passengers travel karte hain. Kai log apne relatives ka haal-chal jaanne ke liye phone kar rahe the ya station par aa rahe the. Kuchh log accident ke baad se hi station par aa rahe hain aur helpdesk se jaankaari le rahe hain. District ke alag-alag ilakon se Gurwar ko 20 se zyada calls aaye hain. Helpdesk staff ke paas train mein reserve kiye gaye seats ki poori list thi. Apne family members ka haal-chal jaanne station aaye log pahle to ghabraye hue the, kyonki kaiyon ke phone bhi nahi lag rahe the. Lekin jab unhein pata chala ki unke relatives safe hain, to unhein rahat mili.
