Royapettah to RK Salai. This phase is part of the Madhavaram Milk Colony - Siruseri SIPCOT line, the third corridor. The minister also inspected the Poonamallee depot and works. The project includes an upcoming metro line from Chennai Airport to Tambaram via the Vandalur-Minjur outer ring road. A compensation of ₹5 lakhs will be given within 2 days to workers who get injured on the project by CMRL, followed by a complaint to the labor commissioner and further action against contractors if necessary.

Royapettah se RK Salai tak jaayega. Yeh phase Madhavaram Milk Colony - Siruseri SIPCOT line ka part hai, jo teesra corridor hai. Minister ne Poonamallee depot aur kaam bhi check kiye. Project mein Chennai Airport se Tambaram tak ka metro line bhi aayega, jo Vandalur-Minjur outer ring road se jaayega. Project mein kaam karne wale workers ko agar koi accident hota hai, to CMRL unhe 2 din mein ₹5 lakhs dega, aur phir labor commissioner ko complain bhi karega, aur agar zarurat hui to contractors par bhi action liya jaayega.
