scrap dealer and his associate, Abdul Safir, arrived at the police station and presented bills for the scrap. Despite showing the bills, the officer demanded 2 lakh rupees and threatened them with jail. Eventually, they paid 40,000 rupees to the officer, but their vehicle was not released. Later that night, railway goods were loaded into the vehicle and it was handed over to the Railway Protection Force (RPF). The scrap dealer has filed a complaint with the SP office and also sent copies of the complaint to the Home Minister and IG.
