22. All three railway lines were damaged in the incident. Railway authorities initiated repair work immediately and restored operations on the third line on Wednesday evening. By Thursday morning, all three lines were declared fit for operation, with speed restrictions of 10-20 kilometers per hour near the accident site. However, several trains have been canceled on August 2nd and 3rd, including the Tatanagar-Chakradharpur-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08161/08162), Tatanagar-Rourkela-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08145/08146), NSCB Gomo-Chakradharpur-NSCB Gomoh MEMU Express (18115/18116), Tatanagar-Bilaspur Express (18113), Tatanagar-Itwari-Tatanagar Express (18109/18110), Bilaspur-Tatanagar Express (18114), Howrah-Chakradharpur-Howrah Express (18011/18012). The Utkal Express (18478/18477) will take an alternate route via IB-Jharsuguda Road-Sambalpur City. The Tatanagar-Ernakulam Express (18189) was initially canceled for August 2nd but has now been restored and will run as scheduled. Several other trains have also been rescheduled.

Lekin, August 2nd aur 3rd ko kai trains cancel kar di gayi hain, jinmein Tatanagar-Chakradharpur-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08161/08162), Tatanagar-Rourkela-Tatanagar MEMU Special (08145/08146), NSCB Gomo-Chakradharpur-NSCB Gomoh MEMU Express (18115/18116), Tatanagar-Bilaspur Express (18113), Tatanagar-Itwari-Tatanagar Express (18109/18110), Bilaspur-Tatanagar Express (18114), Howrah-Chakradharpur-Howrah Express (18011/18012) shamil hain.
